1 . Descriptions:

Widely used in industrial production, vibratory bowl feeders are the most common parts transfer systems for production lines. Since the mid-20th century, they have been highly recognized for their high efficiency in material handling.

The primary function of a vibratory bowl feeder is to orient and convey parts on a production line through vibration. An electromagnet generates vibration, which is then converted into mechanical vibration. This mechanical force drives the parts to move along the track, smoothly facilitating their entry into the subsequent production process.

A magnetic coil is installed beneath the bowl of the vibratory bowl feeder. When energized by an external power source, the coil becomes magnetized and produces vibration. The coil is mounted on a spring, and the spring serves to constrain the movement of the vibratory bowl feeder, ensuring stable and controlled vibration during operation.

3 . Custom Vibratory Bowl Feeders :

When conveying candies, special considerations are taken to ensure product integrity and food safety. Firstly, the parameters of the vibratory bowl feeder (such as amplitude and frequency) need to be adjusted to appropriate levels to avoid excessive vibration that could cause candy collision and wear. Secondly, in selecting the surface coating of the feeder, we use food-grade materials to prevent chemical contamination of the candies during transportation. Since food conveyance requires a clean environment, we also recommend installing dust covers on the vibratory bowl feeder to keep the candies free from dust.

To meet the customer’s requirement of packing 10 candies per box, our engineers integrated a counting function into the vibratory bowl feeder. Once 10 candies are conveyed, the feeder will automatically stop vibrating and resume operation after a short interval, ensuring accurate quantity control for each box.
